Nicole Draiss
Nicole Draiss is the Director of Program and Foundation Development. With six years of experience in nonprofit fund development, specializing in grants and donor-facing content, she has a track record of generating more than $2.5 million in support for nonprofits nationwide. Nicole is passionate about supporting The Learning Habitat, as her two daughters are students who are thriving in their inclusive, supportive learning environment. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys collecting crystals and gems, spending time with her family, and reading.

Kimberly Reinken
Kimberly Reinken is the Director of Summer Camps. With nearly twenty years of experience in nonprofit summer camp programming, Kimberly specializes in creating inclusive, supportive environments where all children—regardless of the level of assistance they may need—can simply be kids and enjoy the magic of summer camp. She is deeply passionate about ensuring every camper has the opportunity to belong, participate, and thrive. Outside of work, Kimberly can be found on the sidelines cheering at her sons’ soccer games or in the audience supporting her daughter’s musical theater performances.

Kait Nye
Kait Nye is the Director of Marketing and Fundraising for The Learning Habitat, bringing over 10 years of experience in marketing and nonprofit development, including international development in Uganda and South Africa. Her work is driven by a deep belief in The Learning Habitat’s mission—one she sees firsthand through her two daughters, who thrive in its inclusive and supportive learning environment. When she isn’t working, Kait can be found watching football, reading or spending time with her family and three dogs.
